The Story Of Us

During the height of COVID, when strict rules and protocols made simply meeting up a massive hurdle, the two braved the restrictions just to see each other. On a bright day at SM By the Bay, standing completely in sync in matching yellow shirts and fresh sneakers.

As time went on, the bond only grew deeper until the unforgettable moment she finally said "yes" and made it official. Surrounded by warmth and celebration, I pulled her close for a gentle forehead kiss

With our relationship officially blooming, it wasn't long before we set off on our very first out-of-town adventure together. Leaving the city behind, we stood wrapped in each other's arms against a breathtaking view of tagaytay.

From a simple swipe right to a love that brought us all the way to forever. This is where our story began.

As time kept flying by, that first holiday season unlocked a whole new chapter of countless beautiful dates and milestone celebrations together. We dressed up for elegant evenings out, stepping into beautifully lit garden courtyards for romantic dinners under string lights and starry night skies.

Our beautiful rhythm of dates eventually paved the way for our biggest adventure and crossing borders for our very first international trip together. Standing by the iconic Merlion in Singapore and Petronas Tower.

That international step open up the doors to the biggest milestone yet, as the shared dreams we both talked about began turning into reality. Leaving familiar shores behind, we officially made the move to work in the USA, stepping into a brand new life built entirely together. Our American journey quickly turned into a beautiful whirlwind of iconic bucket-list moments. We bundled up in heavy winter coats and beanies to experience the magic of fresh, white snow for the very first time, laughing and holding each other close in a winter wonderland. We traveled from state to state, exploring places we once only dreamed of seeing and talked about visiting “someday.” And now, that someday is here. Turning our plans into real memories, one adventure at a time.

A journey of love, growth, and shared dreams. We faced the distance, the time, and the challenges together. At last, after a long way, we finally did our vows and stepped into the rest of our lives as one.

We’ve already said “I do” in the US. Now, we’re coming home to say it once again. This time before Our Lord Jesus Christ, in His house, and unite our marriage in Holy Matrimony surrounded by the people we love. 🤍
